Connect CaptiFi with your existing tools to supercharge your guest WiFi marketing.
Integrations are available on the Growth plan and above. Review requests through Google Reviews are on Essentials and above, and Lite has no integrations. The 30-day free trial runs on the plan you choose at signup, so choose Growth or above to try every integration during the trial. There are no per-integration fees. See Plans & Pricing.

How Integrations Work
CaptiFi integrations connect your guest WiFi data with external platforms:
- Guest connects to WiFi and enters their details
- CaptiFi captures the data
- Based on your integration settings, data flows to connected platforms
- External platforms trigger their own workflows (email sequences, review requests, CRM updates)
All integrations respect guest consent preferences and GDPR requirements.
