CaptiFi offers four plans to suit venues of all sizes — from a single café to a multi-site hotel group. Every plan includes one site (venue); additional sites can be added to any plan for £25/month each.

Every plan is available monthly or annually. Annual billing works out at £39/£69/£119 per month for Essentials/Growth/Multi-Site.
Essentials — £49/month (£39/month billed annually)
Perfect for small single-venue businesses — pubs, cafés, salons.
Includes:

- Guest analytics: visits, unique guests, opt-ins, the guests trend and your sign-up funnel (the deeper reports listed under Growth are not included)
- Branded splash page with your logo and colours

- WiFi kit included (£60 refundable hold)
Growth — £89/month (£69/month billed annually)
Everything in Essentials, plus marketing tools. Our most popular plan.

Multi-Site — £149/month (£119/month billed annually)
Everything in Growth, plus tools for running several venues from one account. (This plan may appear as "Pro" on some billing screens.)

- Remove the "Powered by CaptiFi" credit from your splash pages

Additional Sites
Every plan includes one site. Add more venues to any plan for £25/month per additional site:
- Adding a site is charged immediately (prorated for the rest of your billing period)
- Removing a site credits the unused time to your next invoice
- Each site gets its own splash page, guest data, and access points

Hardware
All plans include a CaptiFi plug-and-play device:

No long-term contract
All plans are monthly (or annual if you choose) with no minimum commitment. Cancel anytime — the £60 hardware hold is released when you return the device.
Changing Your Plan
You can upgrade or downgrade at any time:
- Log in to my.captifi.io
- Go to Billing in the sidebar
- Click Change plan, choose Monthly or Yearly, then click the button on the plan you want
- CaptiFi takes the payment and prints a receipt confirming the change

- Upgrading — Takes effect immediately. You'll be charged the prorated difference for the remaining billing period.
- Downgrading — Takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You'll keep access to higher-tier features until then.
Free Trial
New customers get a 30-day free trial. A payment method is required to start the trial, but you are not charged until the trial ends — cancel any time during the 30 days and you pay nothing.
At the end of the trial:
- Do nothing — Your subscription starts automatically on the plan you chose
- Cancel first — Your dashboard is paused; your guest WiFi keeps working for guests while you decide
