What's in the Box

Every CaptiFi plan includes the CaptiFi WiFi Kit, shipped pre-configured to your venue (on a refundable deposit of £60, $99, €79, C$99, A$129 or NZ$149 depending on your billing currency, refunded when you return the device).

If you run CaptiFi on your own access points instead, no kit is shipped and no deposit is taken. See Bring Your Own Hardware and Lite.

Your CaptiFi Kit Contains

Where's my activation PIN?

There is no card in the box. Your 8-digit activation PIN is in the email we send when your device ships, and it is always shown on your CaptiFi dashboard.

What You'll Need

• Internet router with a spare Ethernet port
• A power socket for the PoE injector (or use your own PoE switch instead)
• CaptiFi account on any plan: sign up at captifi.io/trial

No Technical Skills Required

The device comes pre-configured. You plug it in, enter your PIN on its setup page, and you're live.
