Dashboard Overview

Your CaptiFi dashboard is your command centre for managing guest WiFi, marketing, and analytics.

Customer Navigation

When you log in to app.captifi.io, you'll see these sections in the sidebar:

Dashboard

Your home screen with at-a-glance analytics:

  • Date & site filter — filter analytics by date range and venue
  • Guest analytics cards — total visits, unique visitors, returning visitors, marketing subscribers, opt-in rate, access points online/offline
  • Guests logged in chart — visual line chart of unique guests per day, broken down by site
  • Recent guest logs — table of latest WiFi logins with date/time, name, email, phone, location, marketing status

Splash Pages

Manage your branded WiFi login pages:

  • View all your sites/locations
  • Edit splash page design per site
  • Preview how your splash page looks on mobile and desktop
  • Device enrollment PINs are emailed after ordering
  • Add new locations and rename sites

My Venues

  • Guest Visits — Searchable table of all guest WiFi logins with filtering and export

Customer Engagement

  • Customer Feedback — View feedback scores and responses from the review gating flow (guests who rated 1-3 stars are directed here instead of Google)

Account

  • My Account — Update your name, email, and password
  • My Subscription — View plan details, manage billing via Stripe portal
  • Notification Preferences — Configure email and SMS alert settings

Quick Actions from the Dashboard

From the dashboard, you can quickly:

  1. Filter by date — Use the date picker to view specific time periods
  2. Filter by site — If you have multiple venues, filter to one location
  3. View recent guests — See who just connected with full details
  4. Check AP status — The access points card shows online vs offline count
  5. Navigate to any section — Use the sidebar to jump to any feature

Mobile Access

The CaptiFi dashboard is fully responsive. Access it from any device at app.captifi.io. The sidebar collapses into a hamburger menu on mobile.

Demo Mode

If your account is in demo mode (during sales demonstrations), a banner will appear at the top of the dashboard. Demo accounts have full access to explore features with sample data.

Trial & Subscription

During your trial period, a banner shows your remaining trial days. After trial expiry, you'll need to subscribe to continue accessing the dashboard. Manage your subscription under AccountMy Subscription.
