Partner Activity

The Activity page is the log of who did what across your partner account. It lists the actions your staff took and the changes made inside your client venues, most recent first, so you can see who changed a client's settings and when.

Where to find it

1. Log in to my.captifi.io
2. Go to Partner → Activity in the sidebar

Who sees what

The account owner sees every entry: actions by the owner and every staff login, and changes made inside your client venues, including those made by your clients' own logins. A staff login sees its own actions only.

Reading the log

Each entry shows:

• When: the date and time of the action.
• Who: the person who did it, with their email address underneath.
• What: a description of the action.
• Client: the client business the action concerned, when there is one.

Filtering by staff member and date

• Staff member narrows the log to one of your staff logins. Everyone shows them all. Only the account owner can use this filter.
• From and To set the date range. With neither set, the log shows the last 30 days. A range covers up to 90 days ending on the To date, and an earlier From date is moved forward to fit.
