Create your CaptiFi account and get started in minutes.

Sign Up

1. Visit captifi.io/trial
2. Enter your details:
   • First and last name
   • Email address
   • Business name and country
   • A password
3. Choose your plan and click Start Free Trial
4. Add a payment method via our secure Stripe checkout

Your 30-day free trial starts immediately. You won't be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel any time during the 30 days at no cost.

First Login

1. Check your email for a welcome message from CaptiFi
2. Click the login link or visit my.captifi.io
3. Enter your email and password
4. You'll be taken straight to the onboarding wizard

TIP

If you don't receive the welcome email, check your spam/junk folder. If it's not there, contact us at hello@captifi.io.

What Happens Next?

After logging in for the first time, you'll be guided through the Customer Onboarding process:

1. Tell us about your venue — business type, location, goals
2. Choose your hardware — CaptiFi device or bring your own
3. Delivery — we ship your device to your venue
4. Set up your splash page — customise your WiFi login screen

The entire process takes about 5-10 minutes.
