What plans are available?

Visit captifi.io for current pricing. Plans are based on the number of guest connections per month.

Is there a free trial?

Yes — 30 days, full access, no credit card required to start browsing. A card is needed to activate your device and subscription.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. No long-term contracts. Cancel from your dashboard at any time.

What happens when I cancel?

  1. Your service stops at the end of the current billing period
  2. We'll send you a prepaid return label for the device
  3. Once we receive the device back, your hardware hold is released

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Your guest data is retained for 30 days after cancellation, giving you time to export it. After 30 days, all data is permanently deleted from our servers. You can export your data at any time from the dashboard before or during this period.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes. You can change your plan at any time from your dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately — you'll be charged the prorated difference for the rest of your billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period.

Is the hardware really free?

Yes. We place a small refundable hold on your card (released after 12 months of service or when you return the device). There is no charge for the device itself.

What if I need more than one access point?

Additional access points are +£10/month each. They're automatically detected when connected.

What if I exceed my guest connection limit?

You can add extra capacity for +£10 per 2,500 additional connections per month. We'll notify you before you reach your limit.

Do you offer annual billing?

Yes — annual billing is available at a discount. See the pricing page for details.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, Amex).

Will I be charged automatically?

Yes. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period (monthly or annual). You'll receive an email receipt for each payment. You can update your payment method or cancel at any time from your dashboard.

Do you offer multi-venue or enterprise pricing?

Yes. If you operate multiple venues or need a tailored package, get in touch and we'll put together a custom quote. Volume discounts are available.
