Overview
If you operate multiple venues (restaurant chain, hotel group, franchise, etc.), CaptiFi's multi-venue dashboard lets you:
- View all venues at a glance
- Compare performance across locations
- Apply shared branding and splash pages
- Run centralised or venue-specific campaigns
- Manage devices per venue
Setting Up Multiple Venues
- Log in to app.captifi.io
- Go to Settings → Venues
- Click Add Venue
- Enter venue details (name, address)
- Assign devices to the venue
- Configure splash page and campaigns

Analytics Across Venues
The dashboard home shows aggregated data across all venues. You can also drill down into individual venues to compare:
- Guest volume
- Opt-in rates
- Peak hours
- Repeat visit rates
