Multi-Venue Management

Manage guest WiFi across all your locations from a single CaptiFi dashboard.

📋 Plan Requirement: Multi-venue management requires the Multi-Site plan (up to 5 venues) or Enterprise plan (unlimited venues). See Plans & Pricing for details.

Overview

If you operate multiple venues — such as a restaurant chain, hotel group, franchise, or managed service portfolio — CaptiFi's multi-venue dashboard lets you:

  • View all venues at a glance from a single login
  • Compare guest analytics and performance across locations
  • Apply shared or venue-specific branding and splash pages
  • Run centralised or venue-specific email campaigns
  • Manage access points and devices per venue
  • Generate and track WiFi vouchers per location

Adding a New Venue

  1. Log in to app.captifi.io.
  2. Go to Splash Pages in the sidebar.
  3. Click Add Venue (or Add Site).
  4. Enter venue details:
    • Venue Name — The name of the location (e.g., "The Grand Hotel — Manchester")
    • Address — Full street address for the venue
  5. Assign access points to the venue (or set up new devices via onboarding).
  6. Configure the venue's splash page design and settings.
  7. Set up any venue-specific campaigns or integrations.

💡 Tip: Each venue gets its own splash page, so you can tailor the branding and welcome message to each location while keeping a consistent look across your portfolio.

Some settings can be shared across all venues, while others are configured per venue:

Analytics Across Venues

The main dashboard shows aggregated data across all your venues by default. Use the Site filter at the top of the dashboard to drill down into individual venues.

💡 Tip: Use the Monthly Analytics Digest email (enable in Notification Preferences) to receive a summary of all venue performance without needing to log in.

Managing Devices Across Venues

Each venue has its own set of access points. When viewing the Access Points page, you can filter by venue to see only the devices at a specific location.

  • CaptiFi Plug & Play devices — Each device is enrolled to a specific venue using the PIN from your welcome email
  • UniFi access points — Sites and APs are imported from your UniFi controller and mapped to CaptiFi venues

Each venue beyond the included allowance may require an upgrade or custom arrangement. For organisations with more than 5 venues, the Enterprise plan offers volume pricing, dedicated account management, and custom integrations.

Troubleshooting
