Managing Your Subscription

Everything you need to know about managing your CaptiFi subscription.

Accessing Billing

  1. Log in to app.captifi.io
  2. Go to SettingsBilling

Here you can:

  • View your current plan
  • See upcoming charges
  • Update payment method
  • View invoice history
  • Change or cancel your plan

Updating Payment Method

  1. Go to SettingsBilling
  2. Click Update Payment Method
  3. Enter new card details
  4. Click Save

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Amex via Stripe.

Viewing Invoices

  1. Go to SettingsBilling
  2. Click Invoice History
  3. Download any invoice as PDF

Adding Extra Access Points

Need more coverage? Each additional access point is +£10/month.

  1. Go to SettingsDevices
  2. Click Add Device
  3. We'll ship a new device to your venue
  4. Once plugged in and enrolled, billing updates automatically

Adding Extra Connections

If you're approaching your monthly guest connection limit:

  1. Go to SettingsBilling
  2. Click Add Capacity
  3. Each additional block gives you +2,500 connections/month for +£10/month
