Manage your CaptiFi account, subscription, and notification preferences.
My Account
- Log in to app.captifi.io
- Go to Account → My Account
What You Can Update
- Name — Your full name
- Email — Your login email address
- Password — Change your password (enter current password first)
TIP
Your business name, venue type, and other settings were configured during onboarding. Contact support if you need to change these.
My Subscription
View and manage your CaptiFi subscription:
- Go to Account → My Subscription
- Here you can:
- View your current plan and status
- See your next billing date
- Access the Stripe Customer Portal to:
- Update payment method
- View invoice history
- Download invoices
- Cancel or change plan
Your subscription is managed through Stripe for maximum security — CaptiFi never stores your card details.
Notification Preferences
Configure how and when you receive alerts:
- Go to Account → Notification Preferences
Email Notifications
| Setting | Description |

| Email Notifications | Master toggle for all email alerts |
| Monthly Analytics Digest | Monthly summary of guest analytics |
| Access Point Notifications | Alerts when APs go online/offline |
| Guest Connection Notifications | Alerts for new guest connections |
| Server Notifications | Infrastructure status alerts |
SMS Notifications (requires SMS provider)

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
Protect your account with an extra layer of security:
- Go to your profile settings
- Click Enable 2FA
- Scan the QR code with an authenticator app:
- Google Authenticator
- Authy
- Microsoft Authenticator
- Enter the 6-digit code to confirm
- Save your backup codes — store them somewhere safe
Lost Access
If you lose your authenticator app and backup codes, contact support at hello@captifi.io immediately. We'll verify your identity and help restore access.
Data & Privacy
Exporting Your Data
You can export guest data from the Guest Visits table:
- Filter by date range
- Export as CSV
- Use for offline analysis or import to other tools
GDPR Compliance
CaptiFi handles GDPR compliance for you:
- Marketing consent captured on splash page
- Unsubscribe links in all emails
- Data deletion available on request
- Full audit trail of consent
