How Integrations Work
CaptiFi integrations connect your guest WiFi data with external platforms:
- Guest connects to WiFi and enters their details
- CaptiFi captures the data
- Based on your integration settings, data flows to connected platforms
- External platforms trigger their own workflows (email sequences, review requests, CRM updates)
All integrations respect guest consent preferences and GDPR requirements.
